Mercy Me Official Video x Kory Kane

@KoryKane100 Marvin Gaye inspired writing i actually wrote these verse while I was incarcerated. This message that I speak is for young black male I particularly because I am and was and have sons young black males. Today’s society will not admit to targeting young black Male influencing them to fail with the easy access to guns , bad drugs, alcohol essential creating a cycle of sex money drugs and murder. I’m using my platform as a way to speak to you male in general affected by the system family affected by the lack of strong male role in the family structure. Mercy me they lie and they deceive. You living savagely? Today’s slang is Be Savage? That’s a mentality Being Savages? We should be Kingdom . Mercy me speaks a plethora of situations women having children just to get public assistance? Baby daddy caught a case trying to get she won’t even visit . These were eye witnessed events that we have to address and work towards a better tomorrow. Dr King had a Dream did it fail or prevail ?

This is one of my greatest writing.

DRU SMITH'S BIO

Dru Smith is an American rapper, singer and songwriter from Canton, Ohio, a primarily industrial city with a population of around 70,000. Smith is known for his lyrical ability over soulful and car knocking hip hop production. His musical style is poetic, unrefined rhyming akin to rappers in the 90’s and on an underground consistency. His early influences were Tupac Shakur, which he is an avid fan of, Nas and Sade. He was also influenced by the likes of J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar. He began writing poetry, which transformed into his lyrical presence, once he began creating music. Dru released his debut solo EP, Farewell , in 2017. It’s been streamed over 16,000 times. He released his video for Triumphantparallel to his EP release. Dru’s single Sean Carter pays tribute to his home city of Canton, with an O’Jays sample from the song Backstabbers, where they’re both from. Dru's latest album Tha Family was released February 14th 2018 and is gaining streams via all Streaming sites such as SPOTIFY, TIDAL, and we hope you can support THA FAMILY ob iTUNES & AMAZON! Dru’s goals are to break into the mainstream industry and become a household name. As well as being remembered as one of the greats. He someday hopes to become successful enough to sign other talented artist and give them a chance to create a legacy. One of his biggest goals is to create safe haven homes for single mothers and struggling families, as well as business that hire predominantly felons.

New Orleans, LA ~ Having debuted the visuals for his breakout single "Feel Good" ft. fellow Crescent City emcee Juvenile on MTV back in February, Crix Green looks forward to a similar response to his follow-up, "So Cool", which is currently making its way to the channels and should go national soon. With a vibe that is reminiscent of the Nelly / Ashanti days, "So Cool" feels like a long lazy day at the pool or a drive down the Pacific Coast highway and the single is already receiving a warm reception on radios across the south.

Though "So Cool" is filled with stunning locations and equally beautiful women, life for Crix Green wasn't always filled with luxury. Growing up as one of 12 children in a city as famous for its crime rate as for its food or music scene, made for a childhood filled with empty pockets and hand-me-down clothes. As is often the case, the allure of the streets took ahold of Crix despite his talent for music, leaving him with legal troubles and memories that, thankfully, his music talent will enable him to get off his chest. With that in mind, Crix's second album, "Gangsta & A Gentleman" will be released later this year. Crix's hopes are, that by 'Keeping It Ben Franklin', the title of his 2013 debut, his stories will inspire other young people with the knowledge that they can also overcome life's hardships and follow their dreams of a better way of life.
