Philly hip hop artist RA Certified started rapping at the age of 13, influenced by lyrical MC's such as Nas, 2Pac and The Lox. RA went by the name of Razor in the beginning of his rap career but changed his name to RA CERTIFIED meaning the official one. RA provides a witty bar delivery with a confident raw demeanor. RA is also a great songwriter and amazing performer.
