Travis L. Blake AKA FLOSS THA DEAN was born and raised in Hyde Park of Memphis TN. Music has been Floss passion for most of his life. With the family influence of musical talent; Floss Mother Cheryl shared the light of her voice in the Memphis church, and father Carl brought it home with the Opera arena. Having this musical surrounding has influenced Floss to take it a step further and step into the Hip Hop World. Floss was raised in the generation where the old school hip hop transitioned into the new age. Floss held onto that old school feel with the strong influence from Tupac and Biggie. Floss felt that they told the true stories of the streets and how the flow was always genuine. As they were both true champions on the mic; this influenced Floss to keep striving for his dream. For the past several Years Floss has been in the studios pushing and striving to reach the dream of the indie artist. Floss is now ready to share to the world what the world has given him; the true influence and experiences from the life of the streets and how with real passion and dedication, you can go anywhere.
